Mocktails for a kids' birthday

Every drink on this page has no alcohol. There are no bitters, no raw egg, no tea, no coffee, no cola and no hot chilli either. We read the ingredients and steps of each one before listing it. What you get is what children ask for: pink rose milk, mango lassi, strawberry shake, fizzy lemonade and a mocktail in a tall glass with a straw. Many use milk, fruit or curd, and the jugs can be poured in small glasses so that little hands can manage. Tap any drink for amounts and steps.

Questions

Is there really no alcohol or caffeine in these?

There is no alcohol in any of them. Nothing here uses tea, coffee or cola. The one drink with a little cocoa is the Chocolate Lassi, with 1 tsp of cocoa powder and some chocolate syrup, so skip it if that matters to you.

How much do I make for 12 children?

Three jugs, as each serves 4. Three Mohabbat ka Sharbat jugs take 1.5 litres of milk, 900 ml of water, 300 ml of rose syrup and about 900 g of watermelon. Small glasses make it go further, and you can pour again.

What about allergies?

Ask the parents. Many of these use milk or curd, some use coconut milk, and the Mango Mastani may be topped with chopped nuts, which you can leave off. The Rose Sharbat, Nimbu Pani and Orange Spritz have no milk, coconut or nuts.
