Tequila Old Fashioned

You need

  • tequila
  • honey

Nice to have

  • Angostura bitters
  • orange

How to make it

  1. Mix 1 tsp honey with 5 ml warm water in a short glass.
  2. Add 60 ml tequila and 2 dashes Angostura bitters.
  3. Add 1 large ice cube and stir for 20 seconds.
  4. Squeeze a strip of orange peel over the drink and drop it in.
  5. Serve right away without a straw, sipping slowly over the big ice cube, with a few salted almonds.
