You need

  • tequila
  • lemon soda (Sprite/7Up)

How to make it

  1. Pour 25 ml tequila into a sturdy shot glass and top with 25 ml lemon soda.
  2. Cover the top with your palm and tap the glass firmly once on the table so it fizzes.
  3. Drink it in one go while it is still fizzing.
  4. Serve on a folded napkin or coaster to cushion the slam and catch splashes, so it can go down in one go.
