How to make it

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Pour 60 ml tequila.
  3. Top with 150 ml chilled soda water.
  4. Squeeze in a lime wedge if you have one and stir once.
  5. Serve right away with a straw and a lime wedge on the rim, alongside nachos or salted chips.
