You need

  • bourbon
  • campari / aperol
  • sweet vermouth

  • orange

How to make it

  1. Add 40 ml bourbon, 25 ml Campari and 25 ml sweet vermouth to a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir for 30 seconds until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a short glass over a large ice cube. Twist an orange peel over the top and drop it in.
  4. Serve right away without a straw, on a coaster, with salted almonds or a small cheese plate.
