How to make it

  1. Fill a short glass with ice.
  2. Add 30 ml Campari and 30 ml sweet vermouth.
  3. Top with 60 ml sparkling wine, stir once and garnish with an orange slice.
  4. Serve right away while bubbly, no straw, with olives, chips or salted nuts on the side.
