Strawberry Gulab Gin Punch

You need

  • gin
  • strawberries
  • rose syrup / grenadine
  • lemon
  • soda water

How to make it

  1. In a large jug, crush 12 strawberries with 60 ml rose syrup.
  2. Add 180 ml gin and 60 ml lemon juice and stir.
  3. Fill with ice, top with 500 ml soda water, stir gently and serve in 4 glasses.
  4. Serve right away with straws and a halved strawberry on each rim, alongside cheese toasts or crackers.
