Kaffir Honey White Fizz

You need

  • white wine
  • kaffir lime leaves
  • lemon soda (Sprite/7Up)
  • honey
  • ginger

How to make it

  1. Tear 2 kaffir lime leaves into a tall glass and add 1 ginger slice.
  2. Stir 1 tsp honey into 100 ml white wine and pour it in with ice.
  3. Top with 70 ml lemon soda and stir gently.
  4. Great with Thai-style fish cakes.
