  • gin
  • jaljeera powder
  • lime
  • soda water

How to make it

  1. In a tall glass, stir 1 tsp jaljeera powder with 20 ml lime juice until dissolved.
  2. Fill with ice and add 45 ml gin.
  3. Top with 120 ml soda water, stir gently and garnish with a lime wedge, and a mint sprig if you have one.
  4. Serve right away with a straw while fizzy, alongside spicy pakoras or aloo tikki.
