Guava Rum Punch

You need

  • dark rum
  • guava juice
  • lime
  • ginger ale

Nice to have

  • Angostura bitters

How to make it

  1. Add 180 ml dark rum, 400 ml guava juice and 60 ml lime juice to a jug.
  2. Add 4 dashes Angostura bitters and stir for 20 seconds.
  3. Add 2 cups ice and top with 250 ml ginger ale.
  4. Stir gently and pour into tall glasses, each with a lime wheel.
  5. Pour for 4 right away while the ginger ale is fizzy, with chilli-salted chips or pakoras on the side.
