You need

  • dark rum
  • ginger ale

  • lime

How to make it

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Pour 150 ml ginger ale first.
  3. Squeeze a lime wedge in.
  4. Float 60 ml dark rum on top by pouring slowly over the back of a spoon. Don't stir.
  5. Serve right away without stirring so the rum layer shows, a straw on the side, with spicy wings or chips.
