Muddle 6 watermelon cubes with 4 basil leaves, 0.25 tsp roasted cumin powder and 0.25 tsp black salt in a tall glass.
Add 10 ml lime juice and 50 ml dark rum.
Fill with crushed ice and stir well.
Cool off with fruit chaat on a hot day.
