White Wine Coconut Lemongrass Cooler

You need

  • white wine
  • coconut water
  • lemongrass
  • honey
  • curry leaves
  • lime

How to make it

  1. Bruise 1 lemongrass stalk and place it in a tall glass with 3 curry leaves.
  2. Stir 1 tsp honey into 90 ml white wine and pour it in with ice.
  3. Add 10 ml lime juice and top with 100 ml coconut water.
  4. A southern-style sipper alongside lemon rice.
