You need

  • urrak
  • orange juice
  • fennel seeds (saunf)
  • soda water

How to make it

  1. Crush 0.5 tsp fennel seeds and tip them into a tall glass.
  2. Add ice, 50 ml urrak and 80 ml orange juice.
  3. Top with 50 ml soda water and stir.
  4. A mild brunch cooler; goes with sweet puris.
