Urrak Guava Pepper Shaker

You need

  • urrak
  • guava juice
  • lime
  • black pepper
  • sugar
  • mint

How to make it

  1. Add 50 ml urrak, 70 ml guava juice, 15 ml lime juice, 1 tsp sugar and 0.25 tsp black pepper to a jar.
  2. Tear in 4 mint leaves, add ice and shake for 10 seconds.
  3. Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
  4. A summer shaker that loves salted cucumber sticks.
