You need

  • tequila
  • lime
  • honey

Nice to have

  • salt

How to make it

  1. Mix 3 tsp honey with 15 ml warm water until runny.
  2. Add it to a shaker with 50 ml tequila and 25 ml lime juice.
  3. Fill with ice and shake hard for 15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a short glass over fresh ice. Optional: salt half the rim. Garnish with a lime wedge.
  5. Serve right away on a coaster, no straw, alongside nachos with salsa.
