Thandai Pistachio Gin Fizz

You need

  • gin
  • thandai syrup
  • lemon
  • soda water
  • rose water
  • pistachios

How to make it

  1. Crush 3 pistachios and mix with 2 tsp thandai syrup and 0.25 tsp rose water in a jar.
  2. Add 50 ml gin and 15 ml lemon juice, then shake with ice.
  3. Strain into a tall glass over ice and top with 60 ml soda water.
  4. A festive fizz for sweet tables; try it with kaju katli.
