Tequila Mint Smash

You need

  • tequila
  • mint
  • lime
  • sugar

How to make it

  1. In a short glass, muddle 8 mint leaves, 2 lime wedges and 2 tsp sugar for 10 seconds.
  2. Add 50 ml tequila and fill with crushed ice.
  3. Stir from the bottom until the glass feels cold.
  4. Top with more crushed ice and a mint sprig.
  5. Serve right away with a short straw before the crushed ice melts, alongside salted peanuts or chips.
