You need

  • Irish cream
  • coconut water
  • coconut milk
  • cardamom
  • honey

How to make it

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Stir 1 tsp honey into 30 ml coconut milk, then add the seeds of 2 cardamom pods.
  3. Pour in 120 ml coconut water and 45 ml Irish cream.
  4. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Beach holiday cooler; fits with fried calamari or banana chips.
