  • sparkling wine
  • sweet vermouth
  • cherry
  • soda water
  • vanilla essence

How to make it

  1. Muddle 4 cherry with 0.25 tsp vanilla essence in a tall glass.
  2. Add ice, 2 orange slices and 30 ml sweet vermouth.
  3. Pour in 70 ml sparkling wine and top with 40 ml soda water.
  4. A moody pre-dinner pour with olives and almonds.
