Sweet Lime Spritz

You need

  • gin
  • sweet lime (mosambi)
  • honey
  • sparkling wine
  • soda water

How to make it

  1. Stir 1 tsp honey into 60 ml fresh sweet lime juice until dissolved.
  2. Fill a wine glass with ice and add 30 ml gin and the sweet lime mix.
  3. Top with 75 ml cold sparkling wine and 30 ml soda water.
  4. Stir gently once and garnish with a sweet lime slice.
  5. Serve right away while bubbly, holding the glass by the stem, alongside light snacks like dhokla or chips.
