You need

  • triple sec
  • sugarcane juice
  • lime
  • mint
  • black salt

How to make it

  1. Slap 6 mint leaves and drop into a steel tumbler with ice.
  2. Pour in 100 ml sugarcane juice and 15 ml lime juice.
  3. Add a pinch of black salt (0.25 tsp).
  4. Add 50 ml triple sec and stir.
  5. Roadside-style cooler with kachori or samosa.
