Strawberry Orange Sunset Slush

You need

  • Aperol
  • orange juice
  • strawberries
  • lime
  • basil

How to make it

  1. Add 80 ml orange juice, 5 strawberries, 3 basil leaves and 10 ml lime juice to a blender.
  2. Pour in 60 ml Aperol and add a full cup of ice.
  3. Blend to a slush.
  4. Pour into a tall glass.
  5. Garden-party slush that melts nicely in the sun.
