Hull 5 strawberries (about 100 g) and put them in a blender with 50 ml white rum.
Add 25 ml fresh lime juice and 3 tsp sugar.
Add 1 cup (about 150 g) ice and blend for 30 seconds until thick and smooth.
Pour into a coupe glass and garnish with half a strawberry on the rim.
Serve immediately with a short straw before it melts, alongside a small bowl of salted chips.
