Soak 1 tsp sabja seeds in 3 tbsp water for 10 minutes.
Blend 6 strawberries with 120 ml chilled milk, 20 ml cream and 0.25 tsp vanilla essence.
Add the sabja seeds to a wine glass and pour in the strawberry milk.
Top with 1 scoop of ice cream.
