Strawberry Coconut Milk

You need

  • strawberries
  • coconut milk
  • honey

How to make it

  1. Mash 6 strawberries with 2 tsp honey in a tall glass.
  2. Add ice and pour in 180 ml cold coconut milk (drinking kind, or tinned mixed 1:1 with water).
  3. Stir well and top with a strawberry slice.
  4. Serve well chilled with a straw and a long spoon for the mashed strawberries.
