Pour 20 ml rose syrup into the bottom of a tall glass.
Shake 40 ml vodka with 120 ml cold milk and ice for 10 seconds and strain slowly into the glass.
Top with 1 scoop vanilla ice cream and a pinch of cardamom. Stir before drinking.
Serve right away with a wide straw and a long spoon, before the ice cream melts, as a dessert drink.
