Brew 150 ml black tea, stir in 2 tsp honey and let it cool.
In a tall glass, mash 3 slices of ripe peach.
Fill with ice, then add 45 ml vodka, 10 ml lemon juice and the cold tea.
Stir well and garnish with a peach slice.
Serve ice-cold with a wide straw, on a coaster, alongside a bowl of salted cashews.
