Spicy Tomato Beer Sixer

You need

  • beer
  • tomato juice
  • lime
  • Tabasco
  • black salt
  • black pepper
  • chaat masala

How to make it

  1. Rub the rim of a tall glass with a squeezed lime and dip it in 0.5 tsp chaat masala.
  2. Add 80 ml tomato juice, 20 ml lime juice, 3 dashes Tabasco, 0.5 tsp black salt and 0.25 tsp black pepper.
  3. Add ice and slowly top with 220 ml beer.
  4. A match-day snack and drink in one, great with boiled-egg chaat.
