Shake 50 ml brandy, 25 ml triple sec and 20 ml lemon juice with ice for 15 seconds.
Strain into the coupe. Garnish with an orange peel.
Serve straight away while ice-cold, held by the stem, with salted nuts or a small cheese plate.
