You need

  • white rum
  • brandy
  • orange juice
  • lime
  • amaretto

How to make it

  1. Add 200 ml white rum, 80 ml brandy, 240 ml orange juice and 120 ml lime juice to a jug.
  2. Add 60 ml amaretto and stir for 20 seconds.
  3. Add 2 cups crushed ice and stir again.
  4. Pour into short glasses or share from the jug with long straws. Optional: float orange slices on top.
  5. Pour for 4 right away while the crushed ice is fresh, with spicy chicken wings and water on the side.
