Sattu Lime Rum Cooler

You need

  • dark rum
  • sattu
  • lime
  • black salt
  • cumin powder
  • jaggery

How to make it

  1. Whisk 2 tsp sattu with 60 ml cold water in a jar until no lumps remain.
  2. Add 45 ml dark rum, 20 ml lime juice, 1 tsp jaggery, 0.25 tsp black salt and 0.5 tsp roasted cumin powder.
  3. Add ice, close the lid and shake for 12 seconds.
  4. Pour into a steel tumbler.
  5. Serve with litti-style baked snacks or plain roasted chana.
