Sattu Beer Cooler

You need

  • beer
  • sattu
  • lime
  • black salt
  • cumin powder
  • green chilli
  • mint

How to make it

  1. Stir 2 tsp sattu, 0.25 tsp black salt and 0.25 tsp cumin powder with 15 ml lime juice and a splash of water into a paste in a tall glass.
  2. Add 1 green chilli slice, 4 mint leaves and ice.
  3. Slowly top with 200 ml beer and stir once.
  4. A Bihari summer favourite turned into a beer cooler; serve with litti.
