Warm 10 ml condensed milk with a pinch (0.25 tsp) of saffron for 30 seconds and let it cool.
Pour it into a shot glass, then slowly layer 30 ml dark rum over the back of a spoon.
Float 10 ml cream on top the same way.
Sprinkle 2 chopped pistachios over the cream.
