Add 40 ml dark rum, 30 ml cream and 20 ml chocolate syrup to a shaker.
Fill with ice and shake hard for 15 seconds.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass and grate a pinch of nutmeg on top.
Serve well chilled straight away, no straw, as an after-dinner drink with a square of dark chocolate.
