Rose Vanilla Coffee Layer

You need

  • coffee liqueur
  • rose syrup / grenadine
  • cream
  • vanilla essence

How to make it

  1. Pour 10 ml rose syrup into a short glass.
  2. Slowly add 45 ml coffee liqueur over a spoon.
  3. Whisk 25 ml cream with 0.5 tsp vanilla essence and layer it on top.
  4. Serve without stirring.
  5. Fancy end-of-dinner pour with pistachio biscuits.
