Pomegranate Mint Coconut Spritzer

You need

  • coconut rum
  • pomegranate juice
  • ginger ale
  • mint
  • lemon

How to make it

  1. Lightly press 6 mint leaves with 10 ml lemon juice in a tall glass.
  2. Add ice, 50 ml coconut rum and 60 ml pomegranate juice.
  3. Top with 60 ml ginger ale and stir.
  4. Serve at festive evenings with kebabs and green chutney.
