Pineapple Coriander Wine Cooler

You need

  • white wine
  • pineapple juice
  • coriander
  • green chilli
  • lime
  • soda water

How to make it

  1. Muddle 4 coriander sprigs with 1 green chilli slice and 1 lime wedge in a tall glass.
  2. Add ice and pour in 70 ml pineapple juice and 90 ml white wine.
  3. Top with 40 ml soda water.
  4. A herby cooler to pair with tikka and green chutney.
