Peanut Butter Whisky Shot

You need

  • Indian whisky
  • peanut butter
  • jaggery
  • cream

How to make it

  1. Stir 1 tsp peanut butter and 1 tsp jaggery into 20 ml Indian whisky in a jar with a lid until mostly smooth.
  2. Add 10 ml cream and ice, and shake hard for 15 seconds.
  3. Strain through a tea strainer into a shot glass.
  4. A fun shot for a super-over finish, best with salted peanuts.
