Muddle 3 peach slices with 1 tsp honey and 2 cloves in a short glass.
Add 10 ml lemon juice and 50 ml dark rum.
Fill with crushed ice and pour 40 ml cold black tea over the top.
Stir once.
Sip in the garden with cheese-and-chutney sandwiches.
