Peach Margarita

You need

  • tequila
  • peach
  • triple sec
  • lime

How to make it

  1. Chop half a ripe peach and muddle it in a shaker until pulpy.
  2. Add 45 ml tequila, 15 ml triple sec and 20 ml lime juice.
  3. Fill with ice and shake for 15 seconds.
  4. Double strain into a short glass over ice and garnish with a peach slice.
  5. Serve right away while ice-cold, no straw, alongside light bites like chips and fresh salsa.
