Peach Honey Sparkling Punch

You need

  • sparkling wine
  • peach
  • lemon soda (Sprite/7Up)
  • honey
  • brandy
  • mint

How to make it

  1. Add 2 sliced peaches and 10 mint leaves to a jug and stir in 3 tsp honey and 60 ml brandy.
  2. Add ice and pour in 450 ml sparkling wine.
  3. Top with 250 ml lemon soda and stir once.
  4. Party punch that goes with mini quiches and sliders.
