Peel and slice 1 ripe peach and put it in a blender.
Add 50 ml white rum, 20 ml lime juice and 2 tsp sugar. Optional: add 15 ml peach schnapps.
Add 1 cup ice and blend for 30 seconds until slushy.
Pour into a coupe glass and garnish with a peach slice.
Serve immediately with a short straw before it melts, alongside a few salted crackers.
