You need

  • passion fruit
  • orange juice
  • sugar
  • soda water

How to make it

  1. Scoop the pulp of 2 passion fruits into a tall glass.
  2. Add 1 tsp sugar and 80 ml orange juice. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Fill with ice and top with 100 ml soda water.
  4. Stir gently and garnish with an orange slice.
  5. Serve straight away with a wide straw for the seeds, alongside light snacks like cookies or fruit.
