You need

  • citrus rum
  • passion fruit
  • kaffir lime leaves
  • soda water
  • honey

How to make it

  1. Tear 2 kaffir lime leaves and press them with 1 tsp honey in a tall glass.
  2. Add the pulp of 1 passion fruit, ice and 50 ml citrus rum.
  3. Top with 90 ml soda water and stir.
  4. A fragrant sundowner for Thai-style grilled snacks.
