Passion Fruit Martini

You need

  • vodka
  • passion fruit
  • vanilla essence
  • lime
  • sugar

  • sparkling wine

How to make it

  1. Scoop the pulp of 1 passion fruit into a shaker; keep half a shell for garnish.
  2. Add 45 ml vodka, 15 ml lime juice, 2 tsp sugar and 2 drops vanilla essence.
  3. Fill with ice and shake hard for 15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe and float the half shell on top.
  5. Serve 50 ml sparkling wine in a shot glass on the side if you have it.
  6. Serve right away while ice cold, holding the glass by the stem, with salted cashews or crackers.
