Passion Fruit Curry Leaf Vodka Fizz

You need

  • vodka
  • passion fruit
  • curry leaves
  • lime
  • sugar
  • soda water

How to make it

  1. Tear 5 curry leaves and muddle with 1 tsp sugar in a jar.
  2. Add the pulp of 2 passion fruits, 50 ml vodka and 10 ml lime juice.
  3. Add ice and shake for 12 seconds.
  4. Strain over fresh ice in a tall glass and top with 60 ml soda water.
  5. Serve with prawn koliwada or crisp onion rings.
