Passion Fruit Coconut Rum Slush

You need

  • dark rum
  • passion fruit
  • coconut cream
  • lime
  • honey

How to make it

  1. Scoop the pulp of 2 passion fruits into a blender.
  2. Add 50 ml dark rum, 30 ml coconut cream, 10 ml lime juice, 1 tsp honey and 1 cup of ice.
  3. Blend until slushy and pour into a wine glass.
  4. Serve icy with coconut macaroons on a hot day.
