You need

  • Aperol
  • orange soda
  • ice cream
  • vanilla essence
  • orange

How to make it

  1. Add 1 orange slice and 0.5 tsp vanilla essence to a tall glass.
  2. Fill with ice and pour in 60 ml Aperol.
  3. Top with 100 ml orange soda.
  4. Float 1 scoop of ice cream on top.
  5. Fun summer float to share at a barbecue.
