You need

  • vodka
  • orange juice
  • fennel seeds (saunf)
  • honey
  • soda water
  • tulsi

How to make it

  1. Crush 1 tsp fennel seeds with 4 tulsi leaves and 1 tsp honey in a wine glass.
  2. Add ice, 50 ml vodka and 80 ml orange juice.
  3. Top with 60 ml soda water and stir.
  4. An easy aperitif before a festive meal.
